In Bossier, the school bus drivers are also amateur chemistry professors…
A Bossier Parish school bus driver has been arrested for selling methamphetamine to an undercover narcotics agent, police said.
Marilyn Paige Darnell, 36, and her boyfriend, David Wayne Turner, 33, were arrested last week at their home in the 2500 block of Ashland Drive.
Darnell, whose bus route was for Apollo Elementary, Greenacres Middle School and Airline High School, resigned after her arrest, schools Superintendent D.C. Machen said.
And unfortunately, the arresting officers did not approve of Ms. Darnell’s home school curriculum for her children.
Bossier City police said they found drugs and drug paraphernalia in the couple’s house. Police said Darnell’s three daughters — ages 11, 5, and 3 — were in the house when police arrived and the couple was also booked for possession of drugs in the presence of minors.
Your humble As Seen host Bunkie Perkins took time out of his busy donk-stalking schedule to visit with the guys from The Morning Vent on SuperSport 930 in Jackson, MS. We discussed all things Shreveport and beyond. Local radio folks take note of the talent…I draw listeners like Rockin’ Rodeo girls to a dance floor cage. Available upon request.
The truck you buy when the redneck in you loves the 4 wheel capabilities, but the Charles Nelson Riley in you just loves how the glitter sparkles in the sunlight.

In Shreveport, honoring the dead in a dignified manner typically involves a custom paint job on your donk, but in special occasions, a full on mural on the hood is appropriate.

Your understanding of advanced concepts of commercial paper and the American banking system is astounding, your grasp of the English language…not so much.
